Yeah I have not done much here. At the moment I am switching everything I do over to SHiZZiES. To keep things simple and well, some friends and I have some plans for zigwa.com. So if you are stopping by again please add shizzies.com to your bookmarks that is where all my portfolios and updates etc will be from now on.

Thanks for stopping by.

Avid Liongoren has basically blown my mind, I really do like the style of this artist from the phillipines and his amazing project ( over the last 3 years he has done a drawing each day and posted it on his own blog.) More things to inspire from his very funny and yet strangely intimate sketchblog of his life.

These next few weeks should be really great. A bunch of new things coming out. Avatar the last airbender series should be airing some new episodes this week ( hey I like my cartoons). I am also looking forward to seeing the new Batman movie, that to say the least will be one amazing movie, my most favourite hero of all time. With all the E3 news this week, so many new games coming out and to follow that comic con, lost of inspiration for me to sink my teeth into.

I managed to write the outlines for my new Tales from the Daaknite stories which will be worked on by two very talented write friends of mine. I am currently fleshing out the visuals and working on a teaser for it all with some music produced by another great sound artist ( yeah I think I will call him that for now) detnator.

Lets see how these things come together in the next few weeks.

Having cleared most of the work I needed to get done, I finally put pencil to paper to flesh out my characters for Daaknite. I tell you it's going to take some doing, spent all of yesterday and I still am not staisfied with the characters. I wanted to get back to it today but I took some time to update my other website for a little bit. I have been hiding from my friends for a while so I plan to go take a look at Wanted this evening and get back to sketching later when I get home.

The drawing of the girl is a rejected illustration from one of the stories on shizzies.

Did this today. Playing around in photoshop, I like exploring little use of  colours over my sketches. Always liked using watercoulours, so I  tried a little of that effect here from some wet and soft brushes. Things like this always contrast with my hard vector style.
